Type in the numbers shown on the VCOM portal for this date, then compare against every discovered candidate's computed value.

Rewinds the sync watermark so the next run (nightly cron, or a manual ingestion.run) re-fetches and overwrites data from that point forward. "From start" clears the watermark entirely, falling back to the first-data-date or commissioned date. This does not delete existing rows — re-fetched hours overwrite in place.
